1. Eligibility & Orders
* Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this shop.
* Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or if the request violates our brand values).
* Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of your checkout is final.
2. Custom Work & Intellectual Property
* Design Approval: For custom projects, once a design is approved by the customer, any further changes may result in additional fees and a reset of the production timeline.
*Ownership of Designs: By submitting any artwork, logos, or images to Harpe Customs for printing or production, you (the customer) represent and warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to those images or have explicit permission from the owner to use them.
Indemnification: Harpe Customs acts solely as a service provider for printing and customization. We do not claim any ownership over the images you provide.
Liability Waiver: We assume no responsibility for researching or verifying the trademark or copyright status of any design submitted by a customer. By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold Harpe Customs harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to the images you provided.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that we believe may violate copyright laws or contains offensive material.
3. Production & Communication
* Work Schedule: We are a family-owned business and typically respond to customer service tickets Monday through Friday.
* Timelines: While our average turnaround is two weeks, this is an estimate. High complexity or high seasonal volume may extend this window. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays.
4. Liability & Emergencies
* Limitation of Liability: Harpe Customs is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the total value of your order.
* Unforeseen Events: Sometimes things happen that are outside of our control (natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or shipping carrier strikes). In these cases, we will communicate with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
5. Conduct
* Mutual Respect: We pride ourselves on being a friendly, family-run shop. We expect the same level of respect from our customers. We reserve the right to ban or refuse service to anyone who is abusive toward our team members.
6. Governing Law
* These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of our local courts.
